Roles for 2025 Campaign
- Family Callers
- To call families and let them know when and where they can pick up their gift card packet.
- Campaign Reps
- To raise money inside Xerox.
- Fundraisers
- To help us reach out beyond Xerox to secure the money needed for our 2025operation.
- Hand out Toys and Wegmans Gift Cards
- At the Triumph Church. Technically, the toy distribution is not part of OFB. But again, this year, we are integrating the OFB food program with the HOM toy program to help people in our community suffering from poverty and food insecurity.

Family callers will contact recipients, tell them how and when they can pick up their gift certificate packet. Talk tracks will be provided. November and reminder calls, and/ or texts week of December 8.

Toy Packing volunteers will help pack gifts and toys leading up to the mission’s annual holiday distribution program. It’s always a big hit with families and children. In the week of December 8-12. All packing will be completed at the Triumph Church between the hours of 10am and 4pm.

Toy and Gift Card Distribution volunteers will hand out toys and gift cards, direct traffic flow through the parking lot for pick up, check identification, and obtain signatures, Dates are December 13 8am- 4pm and December 14 1pm – 3pm, exact times may change somewhat.

People who can help us raise money outside Xerox are also vitally important to our 2025 effort. They can help us reach our goals by looking for appropriate grants and asking for donations from businesses, faith institutions, organizations, and sports teams as well as from friends and family members. Oct – Dec.
Campaign Reps will help raise money inside of Xerox by contacting their colleagues in large workgroups. We will provide documents with suggestions and advice along with a campaign goal thermometer to help with this effort. Oct – Dec
